Welcome to Waterwheel Rat Terriers!
For 15 years, we have run our 20 acre farm outside of Duvall, WA. We raise a variety of livestock in the Cascade foothills outside of Seattle. With all of our animals, we quickly found the need to keep rodents in control, hence our adding rat terriers to our family. We quickly fell in love with the tenacity and loyal nature of our dogs. We have been breeding working dogs for 6 years now. We raise both standards and Decker line rat terriers. Our dogs are family pets who cuddle on the couch or in our bed, but when we head outside they turn into fierce rodent hunters. All of our dogs are tested through Paw Print Genetics on the Rat Terrier health panel.
